Lodging for the VA. Creeper Trail

Here is a list of Inns/ B&Bs around Damascus. All listed lodgings are within a block of each other and walking distance from the AT and VA. Creeper Trail, except for the Lazy Fox, which is a little further away. They run about the same price as the cheaper hotels in Abingdon (15 mi. away), around $60 a room.

1) Hikers Inn:
    2 rooms + bathroom=$90. One bedroom has 4 bunks, the other bedroom has one queen. Booked separately, the queen is $35/one person or $45/ 2 people; bunks are $25 each
    3  additional bedrooms share a bathroom: one king bed, one full bed, 2 twin beds. $55/night per room
Fridge, coffee pot, microwave, linens included

2) Dancing Bear Inn:
   4 little cottages each with private bath/ one bedroom/ kitchen. Two have a queen bed ($60). The third one has a separate bedroom with queen, 2 twin beds, kitchen and living room for $85. The 4th cottage has  an open floor plan with queen, 2 twin beds, sleeper sofa and kitchen for $85 night

3) The Victorian Inn:
   Cottage with 2 bedrooms/ one bath: one with a queen, one with full and twin for $110 night. Living room, kitchen.
    2 bedrooms with a queen, shared bath, full breakfast. One is $75 , the other $85 per night

4) The Lazy Fox:
   4 bedrooms, all include breakfast. One is a queen/ private bath for $75, one is a full/twin / shared bath for $65, one is  2 twins/ shared bath for $65, one is a queen/ shared bath for $65

5) Between the Trails:
   3 bedroom/ 2 bath house. Two bedrooms have a full bed, one has a king and 2 twins. Sleeper sofa in a separate den. $175 per night
